Pre-approval within 24 hours
Upon pre-approval you will be required to submit your full KYB and KYC documents for compliance verification. Our team will review all submitted documents and guide you through each requirement.
Verification & bank approval
Our compliance team will thoroughly verify all submitted documents and confirm everything meets our banking partners requirements. You will receive a confirmation email once cleared. Bank approval and merchant account activation typically takes 3 to 4 working days to complete.
Product activation & dispatch
Upon full bank approval your Zuato payment solution will be activated and configured for your merchant account. Hardware solutions will be dispatched to your registered address within 2 to 3 business days along with your dashboard access and full setup instructions.
